By using this website, our courses, and the membership portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern Holistisk Styrka's relationship with you in relation to this website and membership portal. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our website. Your membership is personal and may not be shared with others. Doing so constitutes a breach of our terms of use and will result in immediate termination of access to the course or service. No refund will be issued. The term “Holistisk Styrka,” “us,” or “we” refers to the company Holistisk Styrka operated by Jenny Lemberg, Aspvägen 3, 18670 Brottby, Sweden, and our websites. The term “you” refers to the user of our websites.
This site, The Oberon hub, is owned by Holistisk Styrka and Jenny Lemberg. Therefore all the terms and conditions on The Oberon hub concern Holistisk Styrka and Jenny Lemberg.

Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal when purchasing a course or membership, as this constitutes digital content delivered by means other than a physical medium. If the consumer has expressly agreed to the commencement of delivery by activating a membership, the right of withdrawal is forfeited. This is in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag 2005:59), Chapter 2, Section 11 (Exemptions from the right of withdrawal).

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers and Courses with Specified Withdrawal Rights
For courses advertised with a 14-day money-back guarantee (right of withdrawal), this right applies from the date of purchase. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires—i.e., within 14 days of the purchase date. From day 15 onward, the right of withdrawal can no longer be invoked.  If the right of withdrawal applies, we will refund your payment within 1–2 weeks from the date you exercised the right. The refund will be issued to the same account from which the original payment was made.  
Other withdrawal rights may apply according to course-specific terms and conditions. If you do not notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will not be able to process any refund.  Please note that the right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and not to individuals acting on behalf of a business or for commercial purposes. If you purchase a course or package related to business development or marketing, we will consider that you are acting in a commercial capacity.

Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers – Courses, Consulting, and Membership Services  
Our membership services, courses, and consulting offered to business customers are not subject to any right of withdrawal unless explicitly stated by the seller or indicated during the purchase process/on the checkout page. Any applicable right of withdrawal will only be valid according to the terms provided during the purchase process or as stated on the checkout page.

Terms of Use for Portal Content
When you purchase a course, you are granted access to its content for the duration of the course period. The products offered by Holistisk Styrka and The Oberon hub are protected by copyright and intended for personal, non-commercial use only.  You may not use the product or any materials available within it in a way that infringes on our rights or in any manner not expressly authorized by Holistisk Styrka with Jenny Lemberg. You are not permitted to modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit, or distribute any of the materials from the product in any form or by any means (including email or other electronic transmissions).  Copying, sharing, or uploading product files to websites is considered theft and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. However, you are allowed to download and/or print a single copy of specific pages from the website for personal and non-commercial use, provided that copyright and ownership rights are not violated. Lessons with attached files intended for download or printing may be saved for personal use, but must not be shared with others.  Holistisk Styrka with Jenny Lemberg and The Oberon hub offers individualized course programs. Upon registration on the website/course portal, you will receive a username and password along with a member profile that you may use throughout the course. If you wish to take the course with a colleague or collaborator, both individuals must purchase the course separately. If an assistant or a group is to take the course, a membership must be purchased for each individual participant.

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and insist that you respect the privacy of other course members as well. Therefore, a mutual confidentiality agreement applies.  We honor your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans, and business secrets. By purchasing this product, you agree to extend the same courtesy to fellow course participants, representatives of Holistisk Styrka with Jenny Lemberg, and employees of its partners.  You are welcome to discuss your personal results from our courses and assignments. However, any experiences or statements made by other participants or members of the Holistisk Styrka team must be kept strictly confidential.

Security and Personal Data
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means all orders are encrypted and therefore completely secure. We guarantee that we will never share your personal data or email address with any third party, unless there are specific legal reasons to do so—such as a request from the police, prosecutor, or similar authority.  You have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If you believe that the information is incorrect or irrelevant, you may request that it be corrected or removed from our customer database. You can do this by contacting our customer service. Disclaimer
Holistisk Styrka with Jenny Lemberg and our partners disclaim all liability for damages in connection with our courses, websites, videos, newsletters, course portals, or any other content. We have made every effort to ensure the quality of the content provided. By purchasing a course, you agree and acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own success and the outcomes resulting from your participation in the offered programs. We do not guarantee health improvements, financial gain, or specific results. You—and only you—are responsible for your actions and health. Your results depend on a variety of individual factors, including your skills, knowledge, ability, commitment, initiative, network, and financial situation, among others.

Limitation of Liability
By using this product, you agree to use the company's services at your own risk and acknowledge that the course or program is an educational service. You release the company, its employees, its partners, and the employees of its partners from any and all claims or damages that may arise in connection with this agreement or your participation. You accept all risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Termination
By purchasing this product, you agree that Holistisk Styrka may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement and restrict, suspend, or revoke the customer's participation in the program/course without refund of the course fee if the customer causes disruption to the company or other participants. This also applies in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.

Service Cancellation
When booking a service with Holistisk Styrka, you are responsible for your own health and for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate in training and/or receive treatment from Holistisk Styrka. Holistisk Styrka is not responsible for any diagnosis provided by medical services or for your test results.  Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If you miss your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the full fee will be charged.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, it will be referred to mediation or legal proceedings in court.  

Notice  
Any notice of dispute from one party to the other may be communicated either in person or by mail, registered or certified with acknowledgment of receipt. Such notice shall be sent to the addresses listed below.

Force Majeure
If Holistisk Styrka or its partners encounter obstacles that prevent them from delivering or fulfilling re-delivery—or if such delivery obligations result in unreasonable effort due to strikes or other circumstances beyond the parties’ control, such as fire, war, mobilization, or unforeseen military conscriptions of similar scope, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, rebellion or riots, lack of transportation, general shortage of goods, limited access to fuel and electricity, as well as shortages or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or producers due to the above reasons—Holistisk Styrka shall not be held liable except in cases of claims where we will refund the purchase price for the undelivered item.  

In the Event of Death 
If Jenny Lemberg passes away during an ongoing course, her heirs shall not be held responsible for her inability to fulfill her role as course leader during the course.

If such sharing or suspicion thereof occurs, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the membership. No refunds will be given for memberships that include monthly fees or subscription fees. We have zero tolerance for offensive, abusive, racist, or otherwise objectionable comments and posts. Your membership will be terminated if such conduct occurs. No refund will be given.
